The staff is superbly friendly and affable. The location is marvelous, in the middle of the city.- Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend this place.

The hotel is fabulous with lovely pool and magnificent location in the heart of the city. Overall brilliant food, plus there is Taki's Restaurant close by.

The location was excellent and lovely for traveling around Franschhoek, right by shops and restaurants as well as restaurants and the wine tram. The twin room was well-equipped, had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels;))

We recently spent a lovely few days at this welcoming and convenient boutique hotel. The room and facilities were very comfortable and the breakfasts were incredible. The hosts and staff were very helpful, making good recommendations and generally making sure we had everything we needed. I can't rate this place highly enough and if we ever return to the area, we will be sure to stay at Plumwood Inn.

Our room at Plumwood Inn was spacious and had a cozy fireplace, perfect for the winter season. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed using the Nespresso machine in our room and sitting on the nice balcony. The breakfast offered a generous selection, especially the cold options. The back garden was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was great, with good restaurants nearby and attractions within walking distance. we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend staying at Plumwood Inn.

The WiFi signal was a bit weak and slow, but considering the beautiful surroundings of Franschhoek, it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Perfect location near Huguenot Museum and good restaurants, beautiful views of mountains, clean pool and well-maintained garden, quiet and private atmosphere, rooms in the annex buildings have the best view, excellent room condition with spacious bathroom and amenities.

The best aspect of our stay was the warm and welcoming hosts at this beautifully maintained property. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering helpful suggestions and arranging activities for us. The location was also perfect, situated in the heart of town but just far enough away from the noise. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of charging points in the rooms. As a couple, we had multiple devices that needed charging, but there was only one twin plug available.
